Amy Kaszak serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Curana Health. As part of the growth team, Amy is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, complementary service lines, and new sales verticals for Curana Health.

Amy has more than 25 years’ experience designing provider-payer alignment models and value-based care programs for physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing, senior living, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). She has held leadership positions in multiple innovative and disruptive healthcare companies including: Chief Operations Officer for Inpatient Medical Services, one of the country’s first Hospitalist companies; President of Intercede Health’s Transitional Care Centers, developer of the high-risk medical home model; and co-founder of AllyAlign Health, an early pioneer of provider-owned and provider-led ISNPs. Through her work with AllyAlign, Amy has had the privilege of working over the past 10 years with the most forward-thinking, sophisticated skilled nursing and senior living operators in the country. AllyAlign Health is now part of Curana Health.
