Kim Kilday has been the Chief Marketing Officer for EveryAge since April 2021. She provides guidance and leadership in all areas of marketing and communication for the organization’s 12 programs throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
Kim led the re-branding of EveryAge in 2021 and implemented a digital strategy to engage prospective residents of all levels of living to connect them with stakeholders in the organization. For the past 30 years, she has worked in post-acute and healthcare marketing as an advocate for senior adults and their family. Kilday has evolved in the post-acute arena, where digital is slow to take hold since the hospitals typically generate business. Managing relevant digital tactics, the silent searchers quietly consume information as they evolve through the decision-making process, and this is the next level of advancing referral development.
Kilday holds an MS in Data Marketing communications from West Virginia University, an MBA, MHA from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte and a BS in Marketing from Clarion University of PA.
